Vacancy: Office Administrator

Location: Mikel Cyprus Coffee Shop Head Office, Nicosia

We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Administrator to join our team.

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 15:00

Salary:
€1,000 - €1,300 gross / month

Responsibilities:

  • Perform general office administration duties
  • Answer phone calls and emails
  • Maintain filing systems and office records
  • Prepare documents and reports
  • Provide administrative support to the management team

Requirements:

  • Good command of the English language
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Previous office administration experience will be considered an advantage
  • Professional, reliable, and positive attitude
