Taxcom, a boutique tax firm, is seeking a motivated and organized individual to join our team, combining administrative responsibilities with involvement in invoicing processes and AML compliance.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Reception duties and front-office support
Handling correspondence and phone calls
Managing databases and filing systems
Liaising with clients and maintaining professional communication
Assisting with invoicing processes, including preparation, monitoring, and follow-up
Supporting AML procedures, client due diligence, and compliance-related tasks
Assisting in daily office administration and any projects that may arise
Organizing logistics, documentation, and coordinating meetings
Requirements
College/University degree
Fluent in English and Greek
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
High level of attention to detail and confidentiality
Team player
