We are looking for a reliable and highly organised Office Administrator to support the day-to-day operations of our facade engineering office. This role is central to keeping the office running smoothly and supporting the team with administrative, and coordination.
The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a professional, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily office operations and ensure the office is well organised and functional
Answer incoming phone calls and handle basic enquiries
Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with external service providers
Organise meetings, conferences, and internal or external events
Prepare meeting rooms and support conference and presentation setup
Provide general administrative support to the engineering team
Support basic marketing and communication activities (coordination, updates, simple tasks)
Handle hospitality duties for meetings (coffee, drinks, visitor support)
Requirements
Previous experience in an office administration, administrative assistant, PA, or office manager role
Strong organisational and time-management skills
High attention to detail, especially with documents and deadlines
Comfortable handling multiple tasks and priorities
Confident communication skills (written and verbal in both English and Greek)
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Professional, reliable, and proactive attitude
Experience supporting tenders or working with structured documentation will be considered a strong advantage
Background in a professional services environment (engineering, construction, architecture, consulting, legal, accounting) is an advantage
Education
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory
Relevant experience will be valued more than formal education
