Qualifications:
- University degree in business or related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience as on office administrator, office assistant ,or relevant role.
- Good knowledge of Greek and English language.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Energetic, positive, and self-motivated attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting and answering emails.
- Preparing invoices.
- Preparing the daily tasks.
- Answering phone calls.
- Carry out any other administrative task and maintain the smooth operation of the office.
- Maintains records, documentation such as employees files.
- Professional, positive, and proactive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
