About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and organized Office Administrator / Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily operations of the office while delivering excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist clients, visitors, and members professionally
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
- Manage meeting room bookings and office schedules
- Support day-to-day administrative operations
- Coordinate mail handling and courier services
- Maintain office organization and presentation standards
- Assist with invoicing, basic reporting, and documentation
- Provide support to management and team members when needed
- Ensure excellent customer experience and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous experience in administration, reception, hospitality, or customer service is considered an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
