Onboarding Officer

Altamira Real Estate - doValue (Cyprus) Ltd

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible to carry out the closing procedures to complete the transfer of the onboarded / repossessed properties to the REO Portfolio under Altamira’s management. The position will report to the Onboarding Manager.

Main responsibilities include:

• Responsible to coordinate the collection and review of all the necessary documents for the assigned cases.

• Preparation of all relevant documents and maintenance of records related to clients.

• Present to Land Registry, Government Offices (Courts etc.) for the implementation of the debt – to asset / repossessions 

• Performing any administration duties with regards to the transfer closing.

• Liaising with other departments and external parties.

• Maintaining files and registers.

• Perform other job-related responsibilities and duties as directed by the Unit Manager or Department Manager of Functional Manager.

 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business Administration/Accounting
• At least 2 years of experience in a banking role will be an advantage
• Result driven with an ability to take initiatives and oversee performance.

• Ability to work under pressure as and when required, this may involve some flexible in working hours where deadlines need to be met.

• Analytical and organization skills.
• Effective time management skills
• Ensure the confidentiality of all the company’s and company’s clients’ information and documentation
• High levels of integrity and work ethics
• Knowledge of MS Office.

• Excellent Knowledge of the Greek and English Language both verbal and written

Altamira’s Offices in Nicosia (Latsia)
