Hotel Operations Manager | 26 Suites, Limassol
26 Suites is a modern boutique apart-hotel with 26 apartments, combining personal hospitality with smart technology and automated systems.
We’re looking for a hands-on Hotel Operations Manager who takes ownership, notices the small details and keeps standards consistently high. Someone who spots problems early, makes sound decisions and follows through until everything is properly resolved.
What you’ll do
• Coordinate daily operations across housekeeping, maintenance and guest services, setting clear priorities and making sure tasks are completed.
• Inspect apartments and shared areas, ensuring every detail is ready before guests arrive.
• Lead the housekeeping team with clear instructions, practical support and consistent quality checks.
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and professionally, taking ownership through to resolution.
• Manage daily workflows across our property management system, booking platforms and guest communication tools.
• Resolve unexpected situations independently, knowing when to involve management.
• Identify recurring issues and improve procedures to prevent them from happening again.
What we’re looking for
• Proven experience coordinating operations and supervising teams, ideally in hospitality, serviced apartments or property management.
• Exceptional attention to detail: you notice what others miss and take action.
• Strong practical judgment, initiative and the ability to solve unfamiliar problems.
• Excellent organisation and follow-through, with the ability to prioritise when several things need attention.
• Fluent English, with clear, professional written communication.
• Confidence using digital systems and the ability to learn new tools quickly.
• A calm, accountable approach and a genuine commitment to guest satisfaction.
• Willingness to be present on the floor, check the work personally and step in when needed.
Schedule
Rotating shifts: 4 days on / 4 days off or 2 days on / 2 days off, 09:00–19:00.
