We are looking for a Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will act as the central coordination point across teams, ensuring smooth execution of tasks, effective communication, and timely delivery of projects in a fast-paced fintech environment.

 

What You’ll Do

 

• Take full ownership of the master task list, ensuring all deliverables are completed on time

• Follow up daily with internal teams to track progress and maintain accountability

• Act as the main point of contact for external providers (e.g., CRM vendors), monitoring performance and deliverables

• Proactively reach out to task owners to ensure deadlines are met and remove any blockers

• Convert meeting discussions into clear action plans with assigned responsibilities and deadlines

• Provide accurate and transparent progress updates to Project Managers and senior stakeholders

• Identify delays and escalate issues promptly to ensure quick resolution

• Maintain organized and audit-ready project documentation, including contracts, invoices, and key communications

 

What We’re Looking For

 

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal

• High level of reliability and accountability in following through tasks and commitments

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and task management tools

• Experience in a fast-paced office environment (Financial Services experience will be considered an advantage)

• Ability to work proactively, stay detail-oriented and maintain structure under pressure
