Role Summary:

Job Location: This is an on-site role with the option to work from home one or two days per week, in accordance with the Company's WFH policy.

What Would Be Your Responsibilities:

·       Review ad creatives and funnel screens to understand what's actually driving (or killing) conversion

·       Analyze and optimize the funnel from click to FTD (first-time deposit)

·       Recommend and help shape onboarding screens and landing pages to lift conversion

·       Own our retention strategy, including email and push campaigns

·       Track LTV closely, with the goal of consistently outpacing CPA

·       Work closely with both marketing and product teams to turn insights into real changes

What We Require from You: 

·       2 years of experience as a Product Manager or similar product leadership role

·       Strong analytical skills - comfortable with funnel metrics, cohort analysis, LTV modelling

·       Product/UX instincts, not just campaign-level thinking

·       Hands-on experience with retention tools — email and push platforms — and building retention strategy around them

·       Ability to influence decisions across marketing and product with data, not just report on it

·       Background in trading, crypto, CFD, or another high-risk vertical is a strong plus
