Operations Manager

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Operations Manager / Projects Manager to oversee daily operations, coordinate maintenance tasks and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring that all requests are efficiently handled on time from initiation to completion.

 

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise project progress, ensuring tasks are completed within agreed timelines and quality standards
• Respond to email requests from committees / clients in a timely manner
• Delegate scope of work to the relevant departments and supervise until completion
• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to meet deadlines
• Prepare cost estimations and quotations
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and service quality
• Identify and develop new business opportunities and revenue streams

 Key competencies:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Proactive, responsible and results-oriented mindset

Qualifications and Experience:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role (operations or project management)
• University degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field
