Paid Media & Programmatic Specialist
Περιγραφή εργασίας
You’ll run and optimize our paid search, display, and programmatic campaigns, with data and analytics at the centre of everything you do. You’ll work closely with the Head of Performance Marketing and the other specialists, using numbers to decide where the budget goes and to show what it delivers.
This role is open to candidates at both junior and mid-level, from recent graduates starting their paid media career to professionals with some hands-on experience, who enjoy digging into data and are eager to grow in digital marketing.
- Set up and maintain conversion tracking, check data quality, and build dashboards that the team actually uses
- Analyse campaign data (CTR, CPC, CPA, conversion rate, ROI) to find trends and opportunities, and turn the findings into clear recommendations
- Run and optimise paid search, display, and programmatic campaigns against clear KPIs
- Support budget management and allocation; report on efficiency and ROI
- Set up and optimise programmatic buying with DSPs and ad-tech partners, including audience analysis, inventory selection, brand safety, and fraud controls
- Run structured A/B and multivariate tests on creatives, audiences, bids, and landing pages, and document the learnings
- Work closely and coordinate with other Teams and with external stakeholders (agencies, clients, etc.)
- Use AI and automation in your daily work, for example for reporting, anomaly alerts, creative variations, and campaign checks, etc.
- Make sure all campaigns comply with platform policies and advertising regulations for the respective market and industry
What you bring
- Min. 1-3 years’ experience and passion for paid media, digital advertising, or performance marketing (agency or in-house)
- Strong analytical skills: comfortable with spreadsheets, funnel and attribution metrics, and able to explain what the numbers mean
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Analytics, and ideally exposure to a DSP (for example DV360, The Trade Desk, or similar)
- Experience with tag management and conversion tracking (for example Google Tag Manager)
- Hands-on experience with AI and automation tools is ideal, but a willingness to learn and use them daily is just as welcome
- Clear written and spoken English
- Proactive and detail-oriented, with ownership of your tasks and a habit of checking your own work
Nice to have
- Experience with BI or dashboard tools such as Power BI, or Tableau
- Experience with scripts, automated rules, or spreadsheet automation
- iGaming, crypto, fintech or similar industry experience
- A degree in Marketing, Business, Data, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Google Ads or analytics certifications
Note: The advertised salary range is indicative and will depend on the candidate’s seniority, experience, and overall suitability for the role.
