Career Opportunity

We invite applications from disciplined professionals of good character and pleasant personality to join our Nicosia office in the position of Paralegal / Office Administrator in our firm’s Litigation department.

The Role

• Carrying out of electronic and physical filings with the court registries
• Monitoring and updating of diary of court cases and coordination with lawyers
• Providing assistance with preparation of court filings
• Dealing with Resolutions / Corporate Documentation
• Carrying out electronic searches with respect to companies incorporated in Cyprus
• Handling filing / apostille / customary admin matters

What We Are Looking For

• Ability to use electronic court filing systems and software for the administration of court cases   (I-Justice, Zygos)
• Excellent command of Greek and English language both verbal and written
• Good knowledge of MS Office
• Previous experience in a similar role in a law firm will be considered an advantage.
• Formal academic qualifications and additional language skills will be considered an advantage
