Frixos P. Vrachas & Associates LLC is seeking a motivated and organised Paralegal / Legal Administrator to join our team in Nicosia.
The successful candidate should have a medium level of relevant experience and will provide legal and administrative support across the firm’s practice areas.
Main duties:
• Drafting and preparing legal documents, agreements, letters and correspondence
• Filing and managing court documents through the iJustice platform
• Maintaining and organising physical and electronic files
• Liaising with courts, government authorities, clients and external associates
• Monitoring deadlines and assisting with the management of ongoing legal matters
• Preparing applications, forms and supporting documentation
• Providing general legal and administrative assistance to the firm’s lawyers
Requirements:
• 4+ years of relevant experience in a law firm or similar professional environment
• Previous experience with the iJustice platform
• Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken
• Strong drafting, organisational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Professionalism, discretion and ability to handle confidential information
A degree or diploma in Law, Legal Studies, Business Administration or a related field will be considered an advantage.
