PAYROLL ASSISTANT

P.K.P. Group is a dynamic firm of professional accountants and seeking to recruit a Payroll Officer to join our team in Larnaka.
Role Description
Oversee end-to-end payroll processing for multiple companies with accuracy and timeliness
Communicate with clients to collect, verify, and update payroll information
Maintain accurate payroll and employee records
Process salary adjustments, back pay, and termination payments
Prepare and submit statutory payroll returns (IR7, IR63)
Handle registrations with Tax and Social Insurance Departments, including Ergani
Ensure correct calculation of payroll taxes and statutory contributions
Monitor compliance with payroll laws and reporting deadlines
Assist with month-end payroll consolidation and reporting
Required Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in payroll and or a related accounting role
Sound knowledge of payroll regulations, including Social Insurance services
Experience with payroll and accounting software (e.g. BTMS Payroll)
Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
Ability to meet tight deadlines and work effectively under pressure
Capable of working independently while also contributing as part of a team
Excellent communication skills in both Greek and English
IT literate, adaptable, and comfortable with digital systems
High level of integrity with a proactive, positive attitude.
