Payroll & Tax Administration Officer

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll & Tax Administration Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will support the firm with payroll administration, employer declarations, tax registrations, government filings, and client-related payroll and tax compliance matters.
Duties / Responsibilities:
The successful candidate’s duties will include:
- Preparing and submitting monthly and annual employer declarations.
- Handling client payroll administration and payroll analysis.
- Managing Social Insurance, ERGANI and SISnet administration.
- Preparing employer registrations and deregistrations.
- Handling payroll-related tax reporting.
- Creating and managing TFA registrations.
- Preparing applications for tax identification numbers.
- Handling VIES and VAT registrations, amendments and related changes.
- Preparing ANAD, ERMIS and other government scheme applications.
- Liaising with clients and public authorities where required.
- Maintaining accurate records and supporting documentation.
- Following up with clients for missing payroll, tax and registration information.
- Supporting the accounting and tax departments with payroll and employer compliance matters.
Qualifications
- Good University Degree
- At least 2 years of previous experience in a similar position
- Good knowledge of Personal Income Tax and Labour Laws.
- Knowledge of Payroll software
- Excellent knowledge of Greek and English Languages
- Any knowledge of other languages will be considered an additional advantage
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.)
