Performance Specialist

We are looking for an experienced performance specialist to join our team. The role will be initially focused around Google Ads and expand into managing campaigns across other platforms, including Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. As part of your development with us, you will also be trained to deliver SEO campaigns, and no previous SEO experience is needed.
You will manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across a diverse portfolio of clients, driving high-quality traffic, lifting conversions, and protecting return on investment through data-driven performance marketing.
You will own the full campaign lifecycle: strategy development, audience targeting, conversion tracking, reporting, testing, and continuous optimization. The goal is measurable client impact, higher ROAS, lower CPA, and increased lead generation.
On the SEO side, you will be trained to support core initiatives and gradually take on more as you grow. We are looking for someone eager to learn and excited to expand into a hybrid role.

Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads (primary), Meta, LinkedIn, & TikTok
- Develop campaign strategies, audience targeting structures, and funnel approaches
- Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitor analysis
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize based on data and KPIs
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient ad spend across all campaigns
- Create, test, and optimize ad copies, creatives, and landing page suggestions
- Track conversions and set up proper tracking systems (Google Tag Manager, GA4, Meta Pixel, and other analytics tools)
- Run A/B tests across ads, audiences, and campaign elements to improve performance
- Prepare clear performance reports and present insights and recommendations to clients or internal teams
- Communicate with clients regarding campaign performance, updates, and strategic recommendations
- Fulfill SEO campaigns and participate in ongoing SEO training
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong proficiency in both English and Greek, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Russian language proficiency is considered an advantage but is not required.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
