Personal Assistant
An exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant is available at one of Larnaca's top expanding Property Development company.
The company has a reputation for building long lasting relationships and are offering a fantastic opportunity involving growth and career development.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor deadlines and proactively remind the manager of upcoming commitments
- Manage and organize daily schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the CEO
- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers
- Maintain filing systems and records (digital and physical)
- Act as a point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Assist with personal tasks (e.g., errands, reservations, event planning)
- Assist in drafting emails, letters, and official communications
- Conduct research and gather information for decision-making
- Follow up on tasks, deadlines, and ongoing projects
- Organize meetings, take minutes, and track action items
- Follow up with email sent by CEO to ensure replies are provided with a 3 day SLA
- Manage and prioritize incoming tasks
Requirements:
- Min 3 years’ experience in a Personal Assistant position
- Fluency in Greek and English
- A degree in a relevant field is considered an advantage
