Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and reliable Pharmacy Assistant to support the daily operations of a pharmacy. This role is not limited to customer service; it focuses heavily on internal processes, stock control, supplier coordination, and administrative accuracy.
If you are not detail-oriented and structured, this role will not suit you.
Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for specific operational processes, including:
- Managing supplier statements, verifying correctness, and preparing payments in coordination with management
- Handling inter-pharmacy product collections and ensuring accurate tracking of stock movement
- Supporting warehouse operations, including receiving orders, stock control, pricing updates, and FEFO implementation
- Maintaining accurate records across all operational processes
- Supporting front-of-shop operations when required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare environment will be considered an advantage
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes
- Comfortable handling administrative and financial checks (invoices, statements, discrepancies)
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Good communication skills in Greek and English
- Basic computer literacy (Excel, pharmacy systems)
