This is characterized by a democratic and positive climate, respect for each other, understanding and co-operation between students and staff in addition to involvement in humanitarian, social, cultural and other activities for the welfare of our Academy community and the wider community of which we are a part. The vision of the Academy incorporates this and more. It strives to become the most successful forward-looking school in Cyprus and beyond by promoting:  a ‘spirit’ characterised by meaningful and lasting relationships,  a strong sense of justice and service to others;  being innovative and distinctive;  reflecting the best educational practice leading to world-wide recognised qualifications;  preparing students to become successful and effective learners and citizens of the 21st Century;  attracting the most able students selected by ability tests;  helping students to achieve their dreams in their ‘Academy’ education and beyond.
