Louis Hotels is seeking to recruit a qualified professional for the position of Pricingand Contracting Assistant for our Head Office at Engomi, Nicosia.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Pricing and Contracting Assistant to support data-driven pricing decision-making across all hotels, working closely with the Revenue team.
In this role, you will collect, analyse, and interpret sales figures from various systems and prepare statistical reports.
Main Responsibilities:
Collect and analyse sales figures from a variety of systems (PMS, RMS tools, Excel reports, etc.).
Maintain monthly reports (excel dashboards) of clients’ performance per hotel.
Analyse ADR (Average Daily Rates) per period, meal board, room type etc.
Participate in yearly pricing per market per hotel.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
Strong proficiency in Excel.
Previous experience in data analysis of revenue management is desirable.
Strong problem-solving, critical-thinking, and analytical abilities with great attention to detail.
Excellent command of Greek and English Languages.
Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office especially Microsoft Excel. PMS will be considered as a plus.
EU Nationality or eligibility to work within the EU.
