Role in Brief
A Private Market Data Associate Analyst collaborates closely with the PM Investment Due Diligence (IDD) and Portfolio Reporting teams and is responsible for managing fund series data updates, coordinating with fund managers and ensuring the accuracy and maintenance of Albourne’s database. Core tasks include processing and generating PM Quantitative Due Diligence (QDD) and Open Protocol (OP) data, managing Albourne’s internally constructed indices —a suite of indices representing the aggregate performance of the private markets universe—and handling client inquiries on indices and manager-related requests. The role also involves utilizing Albourne’s manager portal, to streamline communication with fund managers and ensure Albourne and its clients have access to the latest and most accurate information on Private Markets funds.
Insights to the Role
- Establish fund manager relationships through effective communication
- Data acquisition and processing (Cash flows/investment data/company metrics /newsletters)
- Generate, review, and publish Private Markets Quantitative Due Diligence Report.
- Maintain and update Albourne’s database and internally constructed indices.
- Populate exposure data and maintain accurate client and internal databases.
- Collaboration with Investment Due Diligence strategy analysts
- Prepare various data listings, reports, and summaries for internal and external stakeholders.[MC1][AK2]
- Visualize key data insights through dashboards or charts to support decision-making.

- Strong understanding of financial statements, ratios, and performance metrics for Private Markets.

Other Requirements:
- A University Degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or equivalent experience in a relevant filed
- Fluent English & Computer literacy
- Abide by Albourne Group’s policies and procedures
- Comply with terms of Albourne Compliance Manuals
- Attend Company and Function events upon request
- Travel
