Who we are:

Albourne is a global financial services group of companies with 600+ employees worldwide. Our objective is to advise our clients to be the best investors they can be. The company’s main areas of focus are fund research, portfolio, and risk advice, FinTech and implementation.  Albourne’s office in Nicosia opened in 1998 and it provides back office and IT services to the regulated companies of the Albourne group; it currently has over 320 dynamic employees and we are looking to have more to join our teams across various functions in 2025.

As an intern at Albourne, you will have the chance to work in an international environment and be engaged in projects that drive our business forward. The Role:

As an intern in the Private Markets QDD - ACR Team, you will be part of a professional team focused on updating fund data and maintaining Albourne’s database with fund managers’ information to ensure Albourne and its clients have access to the latest and most accurate material on Private Markets funds. 

Accountabilities:

• Review of fund documentation, checking information and making correct associations between documents and folders in database.
• Review of fund information, making sure the relevant fund details are accurately captured in the Company’s database.
• Assisting on various department projects, ongoing and ad-hoc. 

What we’re looking for:

• Graduates currently completing their final year of a Bachelor’s or Master's Program in Finance, Business, Economics, or equivalent subject area
• Strong data entry and organizational skills with particular emphasis on detail
• You should be fluent in spoken and written English.
• You are self-starter and take initiative.
• You are a problem solver, and you are eager to learn.
• You are analytical.
• You are a proficient user of Microsoft Office (with advanced proficiency in Excel)
• You are comfortable working in a big team; able to communicate effectively and balance multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Sign and comply with terms of Albourne Compliance Manuals and procedures.

Job Type: Full time intern for no less than 3-month duration (2nd June - 29th August 2025)

Location: Dali, Nicosia, Cyprus

Work authorization: Must be eligible to work in Cyprus.
