We are looking for a Product Expert to join our Toyota Sales team in Nicosia.

JOB SUMMARY

The Product Expert will have a significant role in driving customer experience while promoting the Toyota brand, products and technology and ensure customer understanding. The role is dedicated on improving the presentation of our vehicles, improving the test drive experience and the delivery experience for all our customers.

The successful candidate will be agile, have an eye for detail, enjoy interacting with customers and able to adapt an advisory role on all Toyota products and services as well as thorough and clear communication on all technology related matters.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that you have full and accurate knowledge of all Toyota products and services.
• Able to explain and offer support to customers with connectivity services for Toyota applications (MyT).
• Prepare a wonderful and memorable experience in our delivery area for the delivery of a customer’s new vehicle by ensuring that the area remains clean and tidy, and the vehicle is ready based on Toyota standards.
• Be responsible for keeping the showroom ready for our next guest, neat and tidy and ensuring that all the digital screens and displays are turned on and demonstrate our great products and services.
• Welcome and greed our customers at our showroom.
• Offer expertise and knowledge on our products and services to our customers where needed or until a Sales Advisor is free.
• Consult customers and ensure they have a safe and memorable experience during test drives.
• Drive customer experience through a tailor-made approach on their visits at our showroom, their test drive route and vehicle queries.
• Be responsible for keeping a log with appointments and test drives performed.
• Ensure that you keep customer data safe.
• Getting involved with all activities that raise the profile of the Toyota philosophy, such as those in the community, promoting the brand and attracting new customers.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service positions.
• Fluent in Greek and English language skills.
• Clean driving license and the ability to drive both manual and automatic vehicles.
• Tech savvy individual with the ability to learn and explore new systems and basic troubleshooting.
• Great communication skills and pleasant personality.
• Organized personality.
• Available to work on Saturday mornings.
• A well-presented individual with a desire, character, and attitude to succeed.
