G. Neophytou & Sons Ltd, Cyprus’s leading aluminium fabrication company, is seeking a highly capable and experienced Production Engineer to join our team.
This is a key technical role within our production department, directly supporting and working alongside the Production Manager to drive precision, efficiency, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations.
We are looking for individuals who are detail-obsessed, technically strong, and experienced in aluminium systems production—not entry-level candidates.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare accurate and optimized cutting and assembly lists for aluminium doors, windows, and façade systems
Interpret technical drawings, system details, and fabrication requirements with high precision
Actively support production planning, scheduling, and workflow optimization
Monitor material usage, production flow, and equipment efficiency
Utilize LogiKal, ERP, and MES systems for production control, reporting, and data accuracy
Identify and correct errors in cutting lists and technical data before production
Collaborate closely with design, production, procurement, and quality control teams
Assist in implementing process improvements, standardization, and productivity enhancements
Contribute to building a structured, high-performance production environment
Requirements
Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field
Proven experience in aluminium fabrication / window & façade manufacturing is mandatory
Strong experience with industry software such as LogiKal, FP Pro, SchüCal, or similar systems
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, cutting optimization, and production workflows
Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-demand production environment
Professional communication skills and team collaboration mindset
