We ‘re on a mission to find the best talent out there. We are now looking for a talented Production Supervisor to join our team in our offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

What does the job look like?

The Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing manufacturing and warehouse operations, ensuring compliance with GMP standards, and coordinating process scale-up activities.

The Production Supervisor will have the opportunity to:

• Supervise and coordinate API production processes

• Oversee primary & secondary packaging operations

• Implement the production schedule and monitor productivity, hygiene, and staff behaviour

• Ensure compliance with all SOPs, WINs, and BMRs/BPRs

• Draft, revise, and implement SOPs, WINs, and BMRs/BPRs

• Supervise receipt, handling, and storage of raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods

• Verify incoming materials against delivery documents and SOP requirements

• Apply and monitor FIFO/FEFO principles and track expiry dates

• Ensure proper labelling, secure storage, and controlled access to all materials

• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory records and monitor stock deviations

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation and shipment of orders.

• Guarantee compliance with GMP regulations in production and warehouse areas

• Monitor environmental conditions and calibration status of scales

• Ensure employee health and safety in accordance with company policies

• Coordinate production scale-up activities and technology transfer with the R&D department

• Oversee cleaning and sanitization procedures and ensure operators perform basic maintenance tasks

• Collaborate with the technical department on calibration and preventative maintenance programs

What does it take to do the job?

• High school diploma

• Bachelor's degree in engineering is considered an advantage

• Experience in a GMP-regulated environment is considered an advantage

• Experience in production and/or warehouse operations.

• Strong organizational and team leadership skills

• Good computer literacy.

• Good command of Greek and English.
