Project Manager (Construction) 

Join our team at ELC CONSTRUCTION LTD, a family-run business, founded in 2002 and based in Larnaca.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate and inspirational professionals to be part of our team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, including the development of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Supervise and manage day-to-day construction activities
• Interpret engineering drawings, specifications to ensure accurate implementation of design plans and adherence to project requirements.
• Coordinate with  architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to schedule work activities, allocate resources, and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential risks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including daily progress reports, inspection records, and as-built drawings, to track project milestones and ensure accountability.
• Provide technical guidance and support to site personnel, including foremen, technicians, and labourers, to promote teamwork and foster a culture of excellence.
• Ensure that all projects comply with all relevant regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, ETEK registered.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in site engineering or construction management roles.
• Strong understanding of construction techniques, materials, and equipment, with the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Good knowledge of CAD software, Microsoft Project, and Excel (Microsoft 365).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Leadership qualities with a proactive mindset, problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to safety and quality.
• Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and standards in the construction industry.
