Comitela LTD is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful delivery of commercial and residential construction and renovation projects across Cyprus.

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven professional who can manage projects from initial planning and budgeting through construction, completion, and final handover, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction and renovation projects from initiation through completion and client handover.
• Develop, implement, and monitor project schedules and execution plans.
• Control project budgets, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and all project stakeholders.
• Organize the procurement of construction materials, equipment, and required services.
• Ensure all works comply with project documentation, technical specifications, applicable building regulations, and health & safety requirements.
• Maintain project, technical, contractual, and as-built documentation.
• Prepare regular project progress reports for management and clients.
• Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory authorities.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical, organizational, and commercial issues throughout the project lifecycle.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience managing construction projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering construction projects with budgets exceeding €200,000 (portfolio is required).
• Strong understanding of construction methods, project management principles, and the full construction lifecycle.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets and AutoCAD.
• Fluency in both English and Russian (spoken and written) is required.
• Knowledge of Greek will be considered a strong advantage.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under deadlines.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel between project sites across Cyprus.
