Property Coordinator - Limassol
LUXEL VILLAS & RENTALS is seeking an organized, responsible, and proactive Junior Property Coordinator to join our Limassol office.
The role focuses primarily on long-term rental properties and tenant management, with limited short-term rental operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with tenants and handle day-to-day tenant requests
- Coordinate maintenance works and repairs with technicians and suppliers
- Inspect properties regularly and report issues
- Manage move-ins and move-outs
- Coordinate occasional short-term rental check-ins and check-outs
- Follow up on property-related operational matters
- Ensure properties are maintained in excellent condition
Work closely with the operations and management team
Requirements
- Valid driving license (mandatory)
- Good knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities independently
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Previous experience in related field will will be considered an advantage
Working Hours
Monday to Friday
08:00 – 17:00
(including 1-hour lunch break)
