Property Management Officer

Job description
The successful candidate will report to the Property Manager of the Asset and Portfolio Management Function
Responsibilities
Main responsibilities include:
- Coordinate and supervise external associates and contractors for property works (renovations, repairs, maintenance etc.) assigned to them
- Prepare and record job specifications and obtain relevant quotations and offers
- Prepare preliminary cost estimates for renovations, repairs, maintenance and other property works
- Monitor work performed by extern al associates and contractors and ensure timely completion and pricing in accordance with contractual terms
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of work delivered and report findings
- Oversee repossessed property clean-up and asset repositioning activities
- Inspect, evaluate, and document the condition of properties acquired, prepare property condition reports and recommend corrective actions to enhance the marketability of properties
- Provide information and on-site support to prospective buyers, including coordinating and facilitating property viewings
- Identify, escalate, and track building issues requiring corrective action
- Collaborate with the Rental Management Department to address tenant requests relating to technical issues
- Maintain an up-to-date job log and related records
- Provide support services to other relevant departments, as required
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the Supervisor, Department Manager, or Director.

Requirements
· Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering/ Architecture and registered with ETEK technical chamber or in other related engineering field
· At least two (2) years of experience in real estate development activities, project management of real estate development or construction management with exposure in strategic planning, financial modelling, risk management and procurement
· Dynamic with an ability to take initiative, solve problems and deliver results
· Excellent presentation skills and experience in Power Point presentations
· Very good attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
· Excellent knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Power Point)
· Excellent knowledge of the Greek and English language both verbal and written
