Coastalbliss is a growing, German family-run company based in Paphos, Cyprus. We specialise in upscale short-term villa rentals and hold a guest rating of 9.8 across platforms. We are a small, close-knit team where everyone has real ownership and a direct impact on the guest experience.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on, in-the-field role, not a desk job. You spend your day out among our villas: getting them guest-ready, working side by side with cleaners and maintenance, and stepping in yourself whenever something needs doing. You lead by example, solve problems on the spot, and take pride in keeping every property in flawless condition.

As we grow, you will also help us build, improving how we work and shaping smarter processes along the way. If you love variety, ownership, and being active rather than office-bound, you will feel right at home.

Key Responsibilities

Villas & Quality

•      Inspect properties yourself before every check-in to make sure they meet our standards.

•      Be on-site during turnovers to stage, fix, and adjust whatever it takes to get a villa guest-ready.

•      Spot maintenance and presentation issues before guests do.

Maintenance & Contractors

•      Coordinate repairs and contractor works on the ground, and handle smaller fixes yourself where practical.

•      Source, vet, and manage local contractors, suppliers, and service providers.

•      Keep technical issues (electrical, plumbing, pool, garden) resolved promptly and to standard.

Team & Day-to-Day

•      Lead and work alongside the cleaning and maintenance teams, setting daily priorities and holding the standard.

•      Support the guest experience and resolve on-site issues quickly when they come up.

•      Keep simple records of property conditions and supplies, and help improve how we run.

Your Profile

•      You are genuinely hands-on and happiest out in the field, not behind a desk.

•      At least 3 years in property management, operations, hospitality, or a similar field-based role.

•      Practical maintenance know-how (basics of electrics, plumbing, pool care) is a strong plus.

•      Organised and calm under pressure, with a real knack for solving problems.

•      A natural, lead-by-example team leader who follows through.

•      Good English required; Greek and/or German are a plus.

•      Valid driving licence and EU work permit for Cyprus.
