About Us:

FFH Farmer’s Fresh & Healthy Products Ltd is a leading company in the fruit & vegetable sector. We are committed to delivering high-quality products while adhering to rigorous standards of excellence. We are currently seeking a dedicated Quality Control Officer to support our team in ensuring the quality and safety of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implementing the company’s quality control procedures and standards.

• Conducting routine quality inspections during receiving, processing, packaging, and storage.

• Monitoring product quality throughout all stages, including the maturation process.

• Ensuring compliance with internal quality standards and relevant EU regulations.

• Performing fruit classification based on established quality criteria.

• Identifying quality issues and reporting them to the Quality Control Supervisor / Head of Operations.

• Assisting in the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.

• Supporting producers and internal teams in maintaining required quality levels.

• Coordinating and preparing product samples for quality testing when required.

• Monitoring storage and transportation conditions to preserve product quality.

• Collaborating with packing and production teams to ensure adherence to quality standards.

• Recording inspection results and maintaining accurate quality control documentation.

• Updating quality-related databases and assisting in report preparation.

• Supporting HACCP procedures and participating in food safety processes.

• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene standards are maintained in the work environment.

Additional Responsibilities:

• Performing other duties as assigned.

• Adapting to changes in responsibilities based on company needs.

Required Qualifications:

• Diploma or University degree in Agricultural Science, Food Science, or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Fluency in Greek and good knowledge of English.

• Basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry systems).

Compensation:

Salary is based on the company’s remuneration system and will be discussed during the interview process.
