QUALITY OFFICER

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality Officer for the Quality Office of the Institute.
Job Summary
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to play a key role in the development, implemantation and support of programs and procedures related to the Institute’s accreditations and quality control programs.
Key Responsibiities
- Oversee compliance and effectiveness of the CING quality management systems with the requirements of ISO, CHKS or other accreditation standards and ensure its continuous improvement.
- Carry out Management Reviews and Governance Reviews of the CING and its departments.
- Organize, coordinate and perform quality inspections.
- Establish and keep updated the CING Quality Manuals and other general required documents of the CING quality management systems
- Identify and implement Quality systems and procedures in support to ISO standards and other accreditation standards
- Identify and document product/service quality problems, suggest and implement remediation
- Develop, implement and maintain the Institute’s Business Continuity Plan to ensure uninterrupted operations and preparedness in the event of emergencies or disruptions.
- Serve as the Patients’ Rights Officer, under the provisions of the law.
What We’re Looking for
- A Master’s degree on topics of Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Business Administration, Quality Assurance or relevant subject with at least 5 years of job-related experience; or
- A professional qualification in Quality Assurance and a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Natural Sciences, Business Administration, Quality Assurance or relevant subject and a minimum of 5 years of job-related experience; or
- A bachelors degree on topics of Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, Natural Sciences Business Administration, Quality Assurance or relevant subject and a minimum of 7 years of job-related experience.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Familiar with ISO and other Accreditation standards
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance and accreditation best practice
- Very good command of the Greek and English languages
- Computer skills
Previous relevant work experience in the Health/Research/Academic field will be considered as an advantage.
