Medochemie Ltd is an International Pharmaceutical Company, exporting its products to 122 countries, thus holding the 29% of the total industrial exports of Cyprus. Medochemie operates 15 ultramodern manufacturing plants, 9 in Cyprus, 5 in Vietnam and 1 in the Netherlands, all designed in accordance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) of the EU and WHO (World Health Organization.  Medochemie has offices in 19 countries and employs a global workforce of 2000 employees.

Medochemie Ltd invites applications from career-oriented professionals for the position Quality Systems Associate in our offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

What the job looks like?

• ERP Code Management for all materials, assigning codes and quality supply records for starting materials, primary and secondary packaging materials, semi-finished and finished goods
• Check and create electronically Master Production/Packaging Records in the ERP system
• Overview of the Change Management Process for packing materials in the Document management system
• Provide timely and accurate information to the relevant departments
• Communicate with the relevant departments to review and approve artworks for printed packaging materials

What does it take to do the job?

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Related experience in a pharmaceutical industry is an advantage

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team, and prioritize work in a dynamic and fast-moving environment

• Strong organisational skills

• Excellent Computer Literacy

• Fluency in Greek and English language
