Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates, and detailed project budgets.
- Review construction drawings and calculate material quantities, labour costs, and subcontractor expenses.
- Prepare and evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations.
- Monitor project budgets, actual costs, and financial commitments throughout construction.
- Track cost variances, forecast remaining expenses, and identify potential budget overruns.
- Prepare regular cost control reports and cash flow forecasts.
- Work closely with project managers to ensure projects remain within approved budgets.

Requirements:
- Proven experience in quantity surveying, construction estimating, and cost control.
- Strong Excel skills and ability to work with budget tracking systems.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Strong analytical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of the Cyprus construction market is an advantage.
