A.N. Stasis Estates PLC is looking for a Real Estate Marketing Officer who will be responsible to ensure that our website, social media, and other communications have up-to-date listings and promotional material of our properties. All tasks and projects will be performed through the business systems, procedures, and methods set by the Director.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain CRM, document management and tasks/project management platforms
• Create and deliver marketing materials and advertising campaigns that are effective and timely
• Maintaining contact with our clientele by sending them newsletters and updates
• Manage website content, SEO development and tracking analytics to ensure all content is up to date and relevant
• Conduct market research with similar properties to identify selling possibilities to determine competitive market price.
• Update all social media accounts with new posts and respond to followers
• Deal with email, call, message enquires from prospect legitimate property buyers, renters, agents, brokers, agencies and any other intermediaries to sales and rentals
• Develop, maintain and promote real estate marketing materials and assets in digital and physical formats
• Updates knowledge of sales related legal documentation and property management

Requirements:

• Degree in relevant field with work experience in a similar position within the real estate industry will be considered as an advantage
• Computer knowledge and literacy
• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English is necessary. Knowledge of Russian is not necessary but advantageous
• Results-driven, and target-driven attitude, with the ability to work in a diversified, team and agile environment, and the ability to hustle through and deliver results is necessary
• Experience with a CRM platform (i.e. SalesForce or Hubspot) and/or digital marketing software and/or other relevant digital business systems is a plus but not necessary
