Leptos Estates, member of Leptos Group, is seeking to recruit for Paphos, experienced and motivated:

 

Real Estate Sales Executives

 

Duties and responsibilities: 

• Meet with clients interested in properties and offer them real estate deals
• Communicate with clients to identify their requirements and choice of property
• Prepare offers suitable to the clients
• Follow up the preparation of documents such as purchase agreements
• Coordinate the closing of property deals and ensure documents are signed and payment received
• Inspect the property before arranging a visit by clients
• Provide regular reports
• Monitor the property market to identify individuals with interest in property and offer them deals
• Maintain contact with clients to have opening to discuss future business prospects
• Participate in seminars, conferences, and events to improve on existing job knowledge and expand personal network.
• Follow the promotion of property sales on advertisement media and listing services
• Conduct surveys to identify price of competing properties on the housing market

 

Requirements for ideal candidates:

• University degree
• Excellent written and verbal use of English language
• The knowledge of Russian, Polish or German languages will be considered an additional advantage
• Pleasant personality
• Strong communication skills
• Team player and results oriented
• Two years of experience in the Real Estate Industry or Sales
• Maintain and develop relationships with present and prospective agents and key business associates
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel overseas
• Attend overseas exhibitions and events
