Sunnyseeker Hotels is seeking to recruit a receptionist for Mikes Kanarium City Hotel in Larnaca.

 

Responsibilities

• Greets guest with professional and friendly manner.

• Provides information to any guest or visitor inquiry.

• Processes all payments according to the hotel requirements.

• Provides a professional image at all times through appearance.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality of all guests and hotel information.

• Assists with check- in and check-out and provides service for all in house guests.

• Ensures correct filing and updated information in correspondence with paperwork and systems.

• Complete night audits and various reports.

• Record any maintenance issues.

• Provides genuine hospitality and teamwork on an ongoing basis.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and organizational skills. 

• Be motivated and professional in appearance and presentation.

• Have strong computer skills and hotel software systems experience.

• Excellent knowledge of Greek and English language. Knowledge of a third language will be considered as an advantage.

• Able to work on shifts

• Proven work experience with at least 1 year in the hotel industry as a Receptionist 

• EU citizen / EU work permit holder.
