Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
• Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
• Handle guest reservations and inquiries both in person and over the phone.
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Ensure smooth communication between guests and other hotel departments.
• Maintain accurate guest records and process payments.
• Address guest concerns or requests in a timely and courteous manner.
• Fluency in Russian is considered a strong advantage; knowledge of any additional language is a plus.
