Mare Resorts is part of Wavemaker Hospitality, a leading Mediterranean hospitality group with a growing portfolio of contemporary hotel brands and destinations. Mare in Ayia Napa is seeking a Receptionist to join our Front Office team.

 

The Role:
As a Receptionist, you will be the face of the hotel, welcoming guests and ensuring they receive outstanding service from the moment they arrive until their departure. You will handle reservations, guest requests, and provide professional and friendly assistance throughout their stay.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests and manage check-in / check-out procedures
• Handle reservations, telephone calls, and guest inquiries
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and the local area
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction
• Handle guest requests or complaints in a professional manner

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a hotel reception or customer service role preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English (Greek or other languages considered an advantage)
• Knowledge of hotel management software (Protel) is an advantage
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Professional appearance, positive attitude, and customer-oriented mindset
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
