Receptionist, Paphos – REC/04/26
Our client, a reputable hotel within the real estate sector, is seeking to recruit a professional and customer-oriented Receptionist. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, providing excellent guest service, and ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all visitors and clients.
Main Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests, ensuring a positive first impression of the hotel.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally.
- Respond to customer enquiries in person, via phone, and email in a timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
- Manage reservations, bookings, and room allocations.
- Handle customer requests, complaints, and feedback, ensuring prompt resolution.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain front desk records, reports, and guest information accurately.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organised, and presentable at all times.
Required Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a hotel environment.
- Excellent command of English, written and verbal.
- Knowledge of Russian will be considered an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused with a professional and friendly attitude.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
Additional Qualifications (considered an advantage)
- Diploma in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
Salary: €1,300 net x 12 months + 1 additional salary as a bonus
