We are looking for a Receptionist to join our Sales team in Paphos.
 

JOB SUMMARY

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact between customers and our Company and will have an important role in welcoming and greeting customers, promoting the Toyota Brand and ensuring that customers will have a positive experience in our showroom.

The successful candidate will have customer orientation, with a very pleasant personality and able to create a first strong impression. Will also manage phone calls and customer enquiries while making sure that all Toyota Customer standards are in place and the showroom is ready to welcome Customers.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that customers needs are always met to enhance their experience during their visit and to proactively create an amazing experience. 
• Handle and allocate all incoming customer enquiries to the appropriate colleagues, either through the phone or in person. 
• Acknowledge and welcome all customers. 
• Ensure all supplies for Customer Reception area and disposables are ordered and stocked as needed (coffee, tea, refreshments, towels, candles, etc.). 
• Assist the team with any necessary support. 
• Support Sales team or other colleagues where necessary.  
• Handle cashier duties, issuing of receipts and transactions. 
• Be courteous and welcoming to all customers while paying attention to details. 
• Organize and maintain accurate records, where necessary. 

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Fluent in Greek and English. Knowledge of other languages will be considered as an advantage.
• Computer skills are essential for the position and familiarity with basic software applications. 
• Previous experience in similar positions will be considered an advantage. 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. 
• Professional appearance and pleasant personality. 
• Organizational skills. 
• Available to work on Saturday mornings. 
• A well-presented individual with a desire, character, and attitude to succeed.
