COWIN Ltd is a forward-thinking company at the forefront of innovative technology solutions, specializing in IT consulting and software development. Due to our expansion, we are seeking to employ a dedicated and detail-oriented Reconciliation Officer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
Reconcile Data in the accounting system (reconcile banks/PSPs balances with account statements) daily
Follow up and resolve tasks with other departments in the company
Assist in the reporting of the reconciliation findings
Perform research, reconciliation, and resolution of all account discrepancies
Preparing various daily/weekly/monthly reports related to client funds and balances
Liaise with other departments to investigate discrepancies
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
Outstanding ability to identify errors
Advanced computer software skills including Microsoft Excel
High level of attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize
Fluency in English language
Able to adjust easily on any new product and payment method onboarded by the company
Benefits:
Full-time, on-site position in a professional office environment
Office hours: Monday to Thursday 08:00–17:30, short Friday 08:00–14:00
Complimentary lunch provided in the office from Monday to Thursday
