With over 49 years of excellence in the hospitality industry, Kanika Hotels & Resorts is renowned for its innovative approach and commitment to talent development. We are now seeking a Recreational Manager to lead the recreation team, ensuring an unforgettable experience for our guests.

As the Recreation Manager, you will oversee the smooth operation of our spa, fitness, and pool facilities. You’ll ensure that every detail aligns with Kanika’s service standards and meets our guests' expectations for relaxation, luxury, and rejuvenation. This role is pivotal in driving guest satisfaction, managing the team, and upholding the unique service ethos.

Key Responsibilities:

•           Manage the daily operations of the SPA, Fitness Club, and Pool areas, fostering a tranquil and inviting environment.

•           Implement and monitor promotional plans to drive revenue, memberships, and product sales.

•           Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction by maintaining high service standards, coordinating amenities, and addressing guest needs.

•           Lead, train, and inspire a dedicated team to meet Kanika’s quality standards, fostering a collaborative and motivated atmosphere.

•           Maintain health and safety compliance, stock levels, and cleanliness across all recreational facilities.

•           Serve as a Duty Manager, representing Kanika’s values and maintaining a seamless guest experience.

Qualifications & Experience:

•           Degree in Hospitality or Leisure, or over 5 years of management experience in a similar role in a 4- or 5-star hotel.

•           Excellent command of the English language; additional languages are a plus.

•           A customer-focused mindset, strong communication, and organizational skills.

•           Demonstrated leadership abilities with a commitment to guest satisfaction and team development.
