Rental Management Officer

Altamira Asset Management (Cyprus) Ltd – Nicosia

About the Role

Join the largest rental portfolio management team in Cyprus and play a key role in shaping the performance of Altamira’s Real Estate Asset & Portfolio Management division. As a Rental Management Officer, you will support the full lifecycle of rental operations and work closely with the Rental Manager and cross‑functional teams to deliver a seamless tenant experience and strong portfolio results.

Responsibilities

• Managing day‑to‑day communication with tenants and supporting their requires

• Reviewing applications from current and prospective tenants and preparing case files for management approval

• Monitoring rental contracts, recoveries, and key performance indicators

• Preparing new rental agreements and renewals

• Collaborating with legal advisors on arrears and rental‑related disputes

• Working with the Finance team to ensure timely rent collection and proceed with legal action when needed

• Preparing weekly monitoring reports aligned with the Performance Monitoring Framework

• Partnering with internal teams to support Asset Management strategies and initiatives

Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Experience in a company with exposure to the Real Estate market

• High integrity, strong work ethic, and a professional approach

• Strong negotiation and communication skills

• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines

• A pleasant, trustworthy, and collaborative personality

• Ability to work independently and take initiative

• Excellent command of Greek and English (written and verbal)

• Excellent knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
