GlobalSource is a growing, sector leading, private intelligence company looking for an Investigative Analyst assistant to join our team at our European headquarters in Nicosia as a paid intern, for a three-month period.

The company provides result-driven bespoke geopolitical and political analysis and monitoring, litigation support, asset searches, due diligence, background checks, competitive intelligence, and risk analysis. Our team is made up of highly experienced and dedicated international professional investigators, analysts, and consultants.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and performance-driven individual to join our team an intern. This is a paid internship opportunity for a period of three months. The role is based at our European headquarters in Nicosia, Cyprus.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities and duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Conduct research that will support the operations of the company. This may include but is not limited to, geopolitical and political analysis, due diligence, and asset searches.
• Collaborate with senior investigators, analysts, and consultants on a range of projects.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources.
• Conduct research that will support the marketing and administration of the company.

Requirements:

·         At a minimum, be enrolled in a Bachelor/Master’s degree, preferably in international studies/politics,            journalism, business, economics, or law.

·         Excellent research and writing skills in both Greek and English.

·         Excellent organizational skills and to be a team player.

·         Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

·         Ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-moving environment. 

·         Resourceful and creative.

·         Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and web research experience. 

·         Additional foreign language abilities are an asset.

·         Have permission to work in Cyprus.

The Company and Position:

·       The internship will be paid hourly for a period of three months.

·       The position is based in the GlobalSource Nicosia office -working hours are 0900 -1700 Monday-Friday.
