Your Role
As a Retail Client Advisor, you will create memorable experiences for our clients and represent the world of luxury fragrance.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing exceptional customer service with a warm and professional approach Introducing and recommending fragrances Sharing product knowledge and storytelling behind luxury perfume houses Supporting boutique operations and guidelines Working collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals
What We Are Looking For
Passion for luxury retail and fragrance Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and professionalism Previous retail or customer service experience will be considered an advantage Fluency in English
