Your Role

As a Retail Client Advisor, you will create memorable experiences for our clients and represent the world of luxury fragrance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional customer service with a warm and professional approach
• Introducing and recommending fragrances based on customer preferences
• Sharing product knowledge and storytelling behind luxury perfume houses
• Maintaining high presentation standards within the boutique
• Supporting gift wrapping and boutique operations
• Working collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals

What We Are Looking For

• Passion for luxury retail and fragrance
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and professional appearance
• Previous retail or customer service experience will be considered an advantage
• Fluency in English
