Your Role
As a Retail Client Advisor, you will create memorable experiences for our clients and represent the world of luxury fragrance.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing exceptional customer service with a warm and professional approach
- Introducing and recommending fragrances
- Sharing product knowledge and storytelling behind luxury perfume houses
- Supporting boutique operations and guidelines
- Working collaboratively with the team to achieve store goals
What We Are Looking For
- Passion for luxury retail and fragrance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and professionalism
- Previous retail or customer service experience will be considered an advantage
- Fluency in English
