Retention Agent (English/German Speaking)

Responsibilities:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
-Communicate with customers via phone, email, and online channels
-Identify client needs and provide suitable solutions
-Retain clients through excellent service and professional communication
-Negotiate effectively and close sales opportunities
-Assist clients with account-related questions and provide ongoing support
-Monitor customer activity and maintain accurate records in the CRM system
-Stay informed about financial markets and industry trends
Requirements:
-Fluent English or German language skills
-Previous experience in retention (FX)
-Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals
-Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
-Knowledge of financial markets (FX)
-Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven personality
-Customer support oriented mindset
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team
