Room Attendant / Cleaner for Luxury Holiday Villas (m/f/d)

📍 Location: Chloraka, Paphos (on-site)

🗓 Start Date: As soon as possible

💼 Employment Type: Full-time

🕒 Working Hours: 48 hours/week

🔁 Schedule: 6-day week, rotating shifts

💶 Salary: €1,200 gross/month + clear Sunday bonus and Public holidays

Role Overview

You are responsible for the sparkle and shine of our luxury villas. Your work ensures every guest walks into a perfectly clean, welcoming home that meets 5-star hygiene and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities

·        Turnover cleaning: deep cleaning villas and apartments between guest stays (kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, floors).

·        Mid-stay services: refresh cleanings during longer guest stays.

·        Perfect presentation: making beds neatly, arranging amenities, and finishing details.

·        Report damages, missing items, or maintenance issues to the team.

Your Profile

·        You have experience in cleaning (hospitality or luxury properties is a plus).

·        You are detail-oriented and maintain very high standards.

·        You are reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.

·        You have your own transport to reach the villas in Chloraka.

·        You have valid papers / a work permit for Cyprus.

·        You speak good English.

What We Offer

·        €1,200 gross/month (full-time) with a clear, transparent bonus structure (Sundays and public holidays).

·        Leave: 24 days annual leave + 5 days paid sick leave.
